We will gladly accept the return or exchange of any accessory you purchased from BlackBerryDreamShop.com with in 30 days of delivery. You credit card will be refunded the full amount of your purchase less shipping and handling charges. Defective accessories over 30 day, please contact manufacture for warranty. BlackBerry electronic parts and components such as but not limited to LCD, Keyboard, Flex Cable, Microphone, Speakers, USB ports are not returnable. Claims for damage or shortage of merchandise must be made at the time of the delivery.
For all returns and exchanges RMA # must be listed on the package returned. To obtain your RMA number, please do the following.
- Log into your account by going to My Account on www.BlackBerryDreamShop.com
- Next go to “Track your recent orders”
- Next locate your order and click “view details”
- Look towards the middle of the order and click “add new RMA”
- Complete the reasons for the RMA and hit submit, and an RMA number will be generated for you.
You will receive a confirmation email that your request has been received. Please wait for an approval and additional instructions from our customer support team before sending your product.
BlackBerryDreamShop.com will pay for shipping on exchanges, but the customer will be responsible for shipping charges on returns only. We advise that you use a method that can be tracked and insured, we are not responsible for lost items.
All products returned must be 100% complete and contain ALL original boxes, packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused. All returns are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to refuse any returns which are damaged, altered, missing, written-on, or taped-on. A copy of the invoice must be included with your return. At our discretion, we may decline your return or charge you a fee for missing items or items that we determine are damages or require service. These charges will be charged to the customer's credit card without need for further approval from the customer. |
